"Account Setup Problems Because of..."
I can't get my account going because of some password troubles. Plus, when an item shows it's in stock and I can add it to my basket the night before, I get an error when I try to do it. I called the staff, and they told me the item was actually sold out over the weekend. It was a really frustrating experience buying such a pricey item.
